To ensure the best experience, please take your time to read our policy before booking as you are fully agreeing to our terms & conditions if you proceed.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit which goes towards the total cost of service is required TO CONFIRM your appointment.
• Reschedules must be before 48 hours of your appointment, or you will need another deposit to book a new date. (Only one reschedule is permitted)
• Deposits cannot be transferred and are forfeited if the client cancels or is a no-show.
• The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH OR PAYID preferably,
however, Card payments are accepted taxes included.
• Reschedule must be done through your confirmation email.
• Please Be cautious about canceling an appointment when not needed, A no-call or no-show may be charged the full amount.
• Kanekalon braiding hair is included in all braid services (you may also bring your own hair with you at your cost) but must be “PRESTRETCHED” and dropped off 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Hair must be clean and product-free which includes oil and leave-in conditioner (washed no more than two days prior) it must be thoroughly detangled and blown out that comb runs through easily. (washing or detangling will attract extra charges).
• Do not plan an important event right after your appointment to avoid rushing.
• Your hair must be 4 inches in length all around the edges for all style
• There is a 15mins grace period after 20mins your appointment will be cancelled and charged 95% of the service fee

How does the deposit work
A non refundable 50% deposit is required and it goes towards your service. Deposits are collected at the time of booking, so please be payment ready. Once deposit is paid, you can reschedule your appointment once within a reasonable time frame.
Which style should i choose
Feel free to click the “ANY AVAILABLE” button while we take care of the rest on our end. Depending on the service you choose, the website is designed for the service to automatically go to braiders that are specialized in the service
Can you squeeze me in on weekends?
Yes! Additional fees of $100
How do I reschedule my appointment?
Appointments are to be RESCHEDULED through the confirmation email you automatically get from us right after booking. NOTE: reschedule must happen 48 hours before your appointment
What happens if I do not cancel my appointment or No SHOW?
You may be charged ! Please be cautious to cancel appointments that are not needed. A no show will additionally be blocked from booking.
Do I provide the hair?
For most braid styles? Kanekalon braiding hair is included.
NOTE: human hair is not included but available for sale.
